These rooms are built with the ability to adjust in temperature throughout the year depending on the requirement of the produce for storage due to the season and product availability.

  • Cool Rooms

Cool Rooms can be designed to be Dual use converting between a normal storage coldroom or Fast Cool Room when required.

Specialized product are made to size for use when in fast cool mode where the product needs to be cooled quickly.

  • Humidity Cool Rooms

Humidity Cool Rooms are designed to keep specific types of fruit, vegetables, flowers or other food product typically at a humidity range of 95%RH at a temperature just above freezing is needed but, even produce stored in warmer conditions benefit from a humidity level around 75%RH
