High Wall ( Wall Mounted System)

STANDARD CLEAN

A standard heat pump service involves a Trained technician cleaning filters, check coils and condensate drains; checking refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and motor functions; testing thermostat function; and inspecting for leaks and obstructions to ensure efficiency, airflow, and longevity, typically done annually but more often for high-use systems

  • Inspection:coils (indoor/outdoor), fan blades, grills, and condensate drain lines.
  • Electrical: Inspect wiring, terminals, voltage and breakers
  • Refrigerant: Check levels and test for leaks in lines and joints.

  • Performance: Test thermostat function, temperature settings, airflow, compressor , and controls.

Our technicians perform a strip cleaning to treat hidden mould, sanitise internal coils, and clear drains, ensuring your home’s air is fresh, healthy, and allergen-free
  • Inclusion: All checks from Standard Clean
  • Indoor Unit: Dismantle and strip clean indoor unit, coil sanitisation , mould and bacteria treatment 
  • Condensate Drain : Flush condesate drain pipe, strip clean condesate pump if installed
  • Outdoor unit: Strip and clean outdoor unit, Wash Coil, drain tray and compressor compartment
