To register and support manufacturer warranties
To understand how people use our website and how well our advertising works

We do not send marketing messages or newsletters.

Equipment manufacturers and suppliers, to register warranties or process claims
Trusted contractors, such as electricians, when they are part of your job
The providers of our job management and accounting systems, which store our records securely

Your information is stored in our secure job management and accounting systems, and only our team can access it. We keep it while we need it for your service history and warranty, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

5. Our website, cookies and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and do not tell us who you are by name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and manage Facebook and Instagram ads in your Meta ad preferences.

This website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect our contact form from spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. We will respond within 20 working days. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please talk to us first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
